At Wings Stadium we’re always in the mood to celebrate someone’s special occasion – especially if it’s yours!

Our menu is updated with variety and value in mind, and our staff is ready to lavish more than 30 years of experience on you and your guests. With multiple catering areas, we can accommodate groups up to 200 – especially nice if you are celebrating with all of your employees and their families.

CATERING FACILITIES

Groups over 200 can be creatively serviced in multiple catering areas or via our Gift Cards available for use at any of our Concession Stands and Bars.

Coaches’ Room: A private room on our lower level, near the Underground Sports Bar. Capacity: Seated 32, Cocktail 50.

Cube Viewing Area: Our largest catering locale, the Cube Viewing Area overlooks our third rink and can service up to 200 guests.

SEATING STYLES

Cocktail: A stand-up party in which limited seating is available. Some tables may be provided if they are normally found in that area. The majority of guests are expected to stand.

Sit-Down: Provides seating for everyone and also include tables.

Classroom: Chairs are arranged in rows facing a speaker area. A lectern or speaker table may be provided.

BEVERAGE SERVICE

Host Bar: Beverages are dispensed by the bartender or server and are charged to you on a per drink basis, along with an 18% gratuity.  Drink tickets can be used to limit consumption and expense.

Cash Bar: All beverages are purchased from the bartender or server by your guests.  A combination of the cash and host bar may be achieved by issuing drink tickets to attendees in a set amount.  Once that amount has been expended, guests purchase their own drinks for the remainder of the function.

Types of Service:

Full Bar: Includes Pepsi products, bottled water, beer, wine coolers and mixed drinks.

Regular Bar: Includes Pepsi products, bottled water and beer.

You may also choose to limit your beverage service to sodas only.

MANNER OF PAYMENT AND TYPE OF BEVERAGE SERVICE ARE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE. ALTHOUGH WE WILL DO OUR BEST, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO HONOR REQUESTS FOR CHANGES MADE JUST PRIOR TO OR DURING THE FUNCTION.

GIFT CARDS

Bringing a group for a special outing to Wings Stadium for a birthday party or a small (or large) office party and looking for that extra special touch?  The Food and Beverage Department has Gift Cards available that can be used the same as cash anywhere in the Stadium, some restrictions apply*.  Gift Cards can be used any time during the entire  season at the Wings Stadium Complex.  It’s easy and convenient, just call 269-345-5101 to order and pick up at the Ticket Office before the event!

*Gift Cards not accepted at Hockey Services or at The Nut Vendor.

Wings Stadium K-Wings Hockey Game Birthday Celebrations

  • Party Favors for each child
  • Birthday Cupcakes delivered to your seats
  • Your name announced during the K-Wings game!
  • Kids Chicken Finger or Hot Dog Meal (fries and drink included)

Minimum of 10 People – $7.00 Per Person (Hockey Tickets are not included)

Additional cupcakes may be purchased for $1.00 each.  Coupons will be issued for food and they can be redeemed at the Wings Stadium Concession Stands.

Package for 12 people includes:

  • 2 hour Room Rental
  • Pizza or Hot Dogs & Chips
  • Soft Drink
  • Birthday Cake or Cupcakes

  • Birthday Hero to look after the needs of the party
  • Party Favors for each Child
  • Additional Children / Adults : $8.00 each

Our most affordable party package!

  • For a Party of 25: 10 Pizzas / 6 2-liters of soda : $200.00
  • For a Party of 50: 20 Pizzas / 10 2-liters of soda : $400.00
  • For a Party of 75: 30 Pizzas / 15 2-liters of soda: $ 600.00
  • For a Party of 100: 40 Pizzas / 20 2-liters of soda: $800.00

Pricing includes: Room Rental, plates, napkins, cups and set-up.
