Wings Stadium is located at 3600 Vanrick Drive, south of I-94 at exit 80/Sprinkle Road in Kalamazoo, MI.  The complex can be seen from the highway.

:: Ticket Office Hours

The Wings Stadium Ticket Office is open in the Fall,  Monday through Friday from 10 am - 5:30 pm and Saturdays from 10 am – 2pm during the Winter.  The Ticket Office is open extended hours on event days.
The Summer Ticket Office Hours:
Hours as of April 29-September 3, 2013
Monday-Wednesday = closed
Thursday-Friday = 10am-4pm
Saturday = Open at 10am ONLY when a ticketed event is occurring
Sunday = Closed

:: Types of Payment Accepted

The Ticket Office accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.  Checks are ONLY accepted for Group payments.

:: Will Call

Will Call tickets are available beginning 2 hours prior to showtime. Customers need a picture ID, confirmation number and credit card (if possible).

:: Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available through the Wings Stadium Ticket Office by calling 269.345.5101.

:: Photography

Cameras are allowed for hockey games. For all other events, please contact the Wings Stadium Ticket Office for information.  Recording devices of any kind are not allowed for any event.

:: General Rules

  • No outside alcoholic beverages, beverage containers of any kind or food allowed
  • No smoking inside any of the buildings; smoking only allowed in designated areas outside
  • No firearms, knives or devices that could cause bodily harm
  • No pets allowed

:: Children Rules

All children ages 2 and older must have a ticket, some exceptions may apply.
