Philadelphia Reassigns Defenseman David Sloane to Adirondack

Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Wings, proud member of the ECHL and affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers and San Jose Sharks of the National Hockey League, announce defenseman David Sloane has been reassigned to the Adirondack Phantoms of the American Hockey League.

After completing a four-year collegiate career last year at Colgate University (NY), Sloane started his pro career playing a game in the National Hockey League with the Flyers and an AHL contest with the Phantoms.

In his first full season of professional hockey, Sloane has seen action in five games with the K-Wings and has recorded two points, both off assists, and has a plus/minus rating of +2.

The K-Wings will return to Wings Stadium Friday, November 13th with a 7:30 p.m. encounter versus the Cincinnati Cyclones. The game on November 13th will also be the K-Wings first Frugal Fan Friday, which features $1 beer and $1 hot dogs.
