San Jose Reassigns Defenseman Will Colbert to Worcester

Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Wings, proud member of the ECHL and affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers and San Jose Sharks of the National Hockey League, announce defenseman Will Colbert has been reassigned to the Worcester Sharks of the American Hockey League.

A first-year pro, Colbert started the season in the training camp of Worcester. Before turning pro, Colbert was a four-year standout at St. Francis Xavier University.

In six games with the K-Wings, Colbert has recorded three points (2 goals, 1 assist) and has a plus/minus rating of plus-two.  

Kalamazoo will continue their three-game road swing with the middle contest of the trip this Saturday, November 7th with a 7:05 p.m. encounter against the Gwinnett Gladiators.

The K-Wings will return to Wings Stadium Friday, November 13th with a 7:30 p.m. encounter versus the Cincinnati Cyclones. The game on November 13th will also be the K-Wings first Frugal Fan Friday, which features $1 beer and $1 hot dogs.
